स्वधर्म ~ SVADHARMA  “One’s Greatest Potential Path”

"Mikayla is a somatic guide, ceremonialist, DJ, ayurveda practitioner + founder of The Re-wilding Method. She is passionate in the teachings of somatic psychology, eastern healing modalities, ayurveda and tantra yoga.

She works with all levels of practitioners and encourages her clients to implement multi-dimensional self-care practices to ignite healing from within.

Mikayla continues to study different aspects of ancient lifestyle wisdom and it's transformative benefits for the body and the mind, which house the sanctity of our soul. With this wisdom she intends to provide her clients the tools to unlock their absolute potential."

The wisdom and transformation my studies have brought me has been endless. It has, and continues to transform me from the inside, out.

I believe that it is our birthright as sentient beings to know the practices that will guide our frequency to our Highest Truth, and instill in us a deep trust in our body, mind and soul in this lifetime.

Our healing is the collective’s healing.

My professional and therapeutic work revolves around returning to the intelligence held in our physical form and getting curious about the sensations that arise in our daily lives. I have found that every sensation we feel holds a pulsing opportunity to experience our body in a new way. There are codes woven within our cells and tissues that offer pathways into more expanded states of being. When we play with the range we are living within and voluntarily go to our edges, staying curious and open to what lives there, we begin to feel the sensitivity and tenderness underneath it all. I call this our essence nature. That which we are born embodying, and get further and further away from as we adapt and absorb the energy of our primary caregivers, home-life, educational environments, etc. To me, this path of rememberance feels like a coming home to this ancient, familiar cadence of our Soul Self.

I have found that the intimacy available to us in life, begins and is embedded in our relationship to our own life force energy. This can spark a gradual yet monumental shift in how we perceive and experience our reality, relationships and the natural world. All hold this same life force energy, so naturally when we become deeply acquainted with our own, we’ll see our reflection all around us. Expanding our capacity to recieve life and develop somatic awareness takes time, so devotion and commitment are essential to begin this sacred work. The voluntary act of going into those dark, shadowy aspects of the mind and familiarizing our self with the potentially outdated belief systems and stories that are at play, is a pivotal aspect of this journey towards remembrance.

We have all grown up in such a deeply disembodied society that this return to wholeness and retrieving those lost parts of self can have a drastic shift on the planet. I deeply believe in this work and hope to offer my clients various embodiment practices and intuitive guidance to offer another pathway out of the mind and into the primal, intuitive creatures we truly are. There is so much nuance and complexity to holding so much power that it can be scary or intimidating to even begin this kind of work, but once we take that leap and find someone to hold space for us to journey through the darker terrain of ourselves, we can move into a deep reverence for the power and beauty held in being completely alive.
